Pricing
Every number below is a starting point, not a quote. What a site actually costs depends on how many pages you need and whether it has to do anything more than inform. You get the real number, in writing, before any work begins — and it does not change afterwards.

Not on the list? Call me. The categories above are where I focus, not a limit.
Linked trades have a page of their own. The rest, call me and I'll walk you through it.
Why it isn't one price
A barbershop needs a current price list and a booking button, and that is genuinely most of the job. An HVAC company needs fifteen service pages, emergency call handling and financing information, so charging both the same price would mean overcharging one of them.
The monthly plan
You already sell one of these. A maintenance plan, a service agreement, whatever you call it — the customer pays a bit every month and you keep the thing running so it does not break. Nobody buys that because they love subscriptions. They buy it because it does not break if somebody stays on top of it.
That is exactly what this is. A website nobody touches slides down Google, breaks when phones change, and goes stale. I am the one staying on top of it — updates, new job photos, keeping your Google listing right, and the ranking work. You are not buying a website once. You are buying it working, every month.
- Any changes you want, done the same day where I can
- New photographs of your work added as you send them
- Your Google Business Profile kept current
- Search ranking work, every month
- Hosting, security and backups
- A plain-English report each month showing what changed
from $150/month
Three month minimum, then month to month. Cancel any time with thirty days' notice, and you keep everything.
How it works
- 1
Free quote
You tell me about the business. I look at what you have and what your competitors are doing, and give you a fixed price and a date. Costs nothing and takes one call.
- 2
Design you review
I build the design first and show you before anything is coded. You approve it, or you tell me it is wrong and I fix it, or you walk away and take your deposit less the discovery fee.
- 3
Build and revisions
I build the site. Two rounds of changes are included, and you send your notes as one list rather than forty emails.
- 4
Launch
The site goes live on your domain and everything transfers to you. Then the monthly plan starts, if you want it.
Working together
What you pay, and when
Half to get started, a quarter when you approve the design, and the last quarter right before we launch. After that it is a flat monthly fee for hosting, updates and support, starting the day your site goes live.
Changing things
You get two rounds of changes at the design stage and two more once it is built. Send your notes as one list and we will work through them together. If you want something bigger — a new page, a different direction — I quote it before I start, so nothing surprising ever shows up on your invoice. Extra revision rounds beyond the four included are $250 each, and change orders are billed at $95 an hour.
If the design isn't right
Tell me within a week of seeing the first concept and I refund your deposit less a 20% discovery fee. No hard feelings, and no awkward conversation.
No lock-in
Three months minimum on the monthly plan so I can do the work properly, then it is month to month. Cancel any time with thirty days' notice.
You own it
Your site, your words, your images, your domain name. If you ever leave, I hand you a complete copy at no charge and help your next person get set up. I do not hold websites hostage.
What I promise, and what I don't
Every one of these is something I control, which is why I am willing to put it in writing.
- Pages load in under two seconds on a normal mobile connection.
- Tested on real iPhones and real Android phones before launch, not just a browser window.
- Your Google Business Profile claimed, categorized and filled in properly.
- Contact forms tested every month, and the result is in your monthly report.
- Support questions answered within one business day.
What I won't promise
I will not promise you a specific position on Google, a number of leads, a number of phone calls, or a revenue figure. Nobody can honestly promise those, and anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear.
