Websites for HVAC and plumbing contractors in the Lehigh Valley

Built for the customer with no heat at nine at night, on a phone, who needs your number to be the easiest thing on the screen.

What I found when I checked

In August 2026 I checked every HVAC and plumbing company inside ten miles of Whitehall. Fifteen of sixty-four HVAC companies had no website at all. For plumbers it was nineteen of sixty-four. Not a bad website — no website.

Google Maps sweep of a ten-mile radius around Whitehall, August 2026.

Keystone Comfort Heating & Cooling

A fifteen-page site for a residential HVAC company, with a separate page for every service so each one can rank on its own. Server-rendered so Google reads the whole thing.

The phone number is the largest element on every screen, and a call bar follows you down the page on mobile.

What a site for this actually needs

  • Your phone number tappable on every screen, never buried in a menu
  • A sticky call bar on mobile that follows the customer down the page
  • Emergency service stated in the first thing anyone reads
  • Separate pages for furnace repair, AC replacement, heat pumps and mini-splits, so each one can rank on its own
  • Financing explained, because a $9,000 replacement is a payment question before it is a brand question
  • Your license, insurance and certifications visible without scrolling
  • Real photographs of your own jobs, not stock images of somebody else's

The arithmetic

A furnace or AC replacement in this area runs $6,000 to $15,000. One replacement job a year that came from the site pays for the build and the monthly plan several times over. You do not need the site to change your business. You need it to catch the people already looking for you.

What it costs

The build

from $2,500

The monthly plan

from $350/month

That is a starting point. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

The monthly plan

HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Contractors

You already sell one of these. A maintenance plan, a service agreement, whatever you call it — the customer pays a bit every month and you keep the thing running so it does not break. Nobody buys that because they love subscriptions. They buy it because it does not break if somebody stays on top of it.

That is exactly what this is. A website nobody touches slides down Google, breaks when phones change, and goes stale. I am the one staying on top of it — updates, new job photos, keeping your Google listing right, and the ranking work. You are not buying a website once. You are buying it working, every month.

  • Any changes you want, done the same day where I can
  • New photographs of your work added as you send them
  • Your Google Business Profile kept current
  • Search ranking work, every month
  • Hosting, security and backups
  • A plain-English report each month showing what changed

from $350/month

Three month minimum, then month to month. Cancel any time with thirty days' notice, and you keep everything.

What people say when I call

I get all my work from word of mouth.

Good — that is the hardest part and you already did it. But word of mouth ends at a Google search. Somebody hears your name at a barbecue, types it in that night, and finds nothing. That is a customer you already earned and lost at the last step.

I already have a website.

When did it last bring you a job you can point to? If the answer is a pause, it is not a website, it is a business card nobody is holding. I will tell you honestly whether yours needs replacing or just fixing.

My nephew built mine.

Then you are not paying for it, which is a real advantage. The question is whether anyone is updating it. Nobody's nephew is, and that is not a knock on him — he has a job. Keeping it current is mine.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free quote

You tell me about the business. I look at what you have and what your competitors are doing, and give you a fixed price and a date. Costs nothing and takes one call.

  2. 2

    Design you review

I build the design first and show you before anything is coded. You approve it, or you tell me it is wrong and I fix it, or you walk away and take your deposit less the discovery fee.

  3. 3

    Build and revisions

I build the site. Two rounds of changes are included, and you send your notes as one list rather than forty emails.

  4. 4

    Launch

The site goes live on your domain and everything transfers to you. Then the monthly plan starts, if you want it.

What I promise, and what I don't

Every one of these is something I control, which is why I am willing to put it in writing.

  • Pages load in under two seconds on a normal mobile connection.
  • Tested on real iPhones and real Android phones before launch, not just a browser window.
  • Your Google Business Profile claimed, categorized and filled in properly.
  • Contact forms tested every month, and the result is in your monthly report.
  • Support questions answered within one business day.

What I won't promise

I will not promise you a specific position on Google, a number of leads, a number of phone calls, or a revenue figure. Nobody can honestly promise those, and anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear.
