Websites for auto repair and collision shops in the Lehigh Valley

Somebody just got rear-ended on MacArthur Road. They are searching on a cracked phone in a parking lot. Be the shop they can reach.

What I found when I checked

There are about 285 auto repair and collision shops within ten miles of Whitehall, and roughly two-thirds have no website or one that fails on a phone.

Google Maps sweep of a ten-mile radius around Whitehall, August 2026.

Ironclad Auto & Body

A collision shop site built around the moment after an accident: call first, insurance help second, everything else after that.

A before-and-after gallery of body and paint work, which is the only proof that matters in this trade.

What a site for this actually needs

  • Click-to-call above everything else, because after an accident nobody fills in a form
  • Insurance claim help stated on the front page — it is the first worry, not the second
  • A before-and-after gallery of body and paint work
  • An estimate request that accepts photographs of the damage
  • Your certifications and the warranty you offer, stated in a sentence each
  • Hours and location, correct and matching your Google listing exactly

The arithmetic

A collision job runs into the thousands and an insurance-paid repair more still. One extra job a month covers the monthly plan many times over. I am not going to tell you how many that will be — nobody honestly can. What I will tell you is that the people searching for a body shop after an accident are already out there, and right now they cannot find you.

What it costs

The build

from $1,500

The monthly plan

from $250/month

That is a starting point. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.

The monthly plan

Auto Repair & Collision Shops

You already sell one of these. A maintenance plan, a service agreement, whatever you call it — the customer pays a bit every month and you keep the thing running so it does not break. Nobody buys that because they love subscriptions. They buy it because it does not break if somebody stays on top of it.

That is exactly what this is. A website nobody touches slides down Google, breaks when phones change, and goes stale. I am the one staying on top of it — updates, new job photos, keeping your Google listing right, and the ranking work. You are not buying a website once. You are buying it working, every month.

  • Any changes you want, done the same day where I can
  • New photographs of your work added as you send them
  • Your Google Business Profile kept current
  • Search ranking work, every month
  • Hosting, security and backups
  • A plain-English report each month showing what changed

from $250/month

Three month minimum, then month to month. Cancel any time with thirty days' notice, and you keep everything.

What people say when I call

I get all my work from the insurance companies.

Some of it. The rest is the driver who gets to choose their shop and does not know they can. Those are the jobs with the better margin, and they are decided on a phone in a parking lot.

People just find me on Google Maps.

They do, and your Maps listing is the most valuable thing you own. A listing with reviews and no website link is a customer with nowhere to land. I set the listing up properly as part of the work.

It sounds like a lot of money.

It is one collision job. I will not tell you how many calls it will bring, because nobody can honestly promise that. What I will tell you is what it costs and exactly what you get, before you pay anything.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free quote

You tell me about the business. I look at what you have and what your competitors are doing, and give you a fixed price and a date. Costs nothing and takes one call.

  2. 2

    Design you review

I build the design first and show you before anything is coded. You approve it, or you tell me it is wrong and I fix it, or you walk away and take your deposit less the discovery fee.

  3. 3

    Build and revisions

I build the site. Two rounds of changes are included, and you send your notes as one list rather than forty emails.

  4. 4

    Launch

The site goes live on your domain and everything transfers to you. Then the monthly plan starts, if you want it.

What I promise, and what I don't

Every one of these is something I control, which is why I am willing to put it in writing.

  • Pages load in under two seconds on a normal mobile connection.
  • Tested on real iPhones and real Android phones before launch, not just a browser window.
  • Your Google Business Profile claimed, categorized and filled in properly.
  • Contact forms tested every month, and the result is in your monthly report.
  • Support questions answered within one business day.

What I won't promise

I will not promise you a specific position on Google, a number of leads, a number of phone calls, or a revenue figure. Nobody can honestly promise those, and anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear.
